Dr. Josie is a licensed psychologist based in South Florida and the co-founder of Augustin & Augustin Psychology. She deeply values freedom, peace, and time - principles that guide both her personal and professional life. While her first love has always been interior design, she also finds joy in event styling and creative expression. We’re thrilled to have her as part of the team! 

Rachel is a strategy and policy consultant who works with local governments, small businesses, and nonprofits. A proud Dartmouth alumna and aspiring attorney, she’s driven by a deep passion for justice and advocacy. With her sights set on politics, she’s determined to make a real impact. A bold socialite who stands firmly for what’s right-she doesn’t tolerate nonsense. 

Ma is a creative soul with a passion for art, beauty, and meaningful experiences. Currently studying Architecture, she brings thoughtfulness and artistry to every project, helping us turn ideas into unforgettable celebrations.

As a Certified Wedding & Event Planner serving the Miami and Ft. Lauderdale areas, Ashley brings both expertise and passion to every celebration. With a Bachelor’s degree in Events Management and hands-on experience working with both social and corporate clients, she has mastered the art of planning with ease to bring events to life seamlessly.
