By accessing this website and/or booking services with Johana Dilus Signature Events (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

1. Services Offered

We provide event planning, event coordination, décor services, rentals, mobile bar services, and digital products (including guides, templates, and virtual planning resources). Specific services, deliverables, and pricing are outlined in individual proposals, invoices, or contracts.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

• A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date.
• The retainer applies toward the total balance but does not guarantee full service until a signed agreement is received.
• Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your proposal or invoice.
• Failure to submit payments on time may result in suspension or cancellation of services without refund.

3. Save-the-Date Retainers

Save-the-date retainers secure availability only and do not include planning or coordination services unless otherwise stated. Save-the-date fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• All retainers, deposits, and payments are non-refundable.
• If a client cancels services for any reason, payments already made will not be returned.
• If we are unable to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to the amount paid for services not rendered.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate event details and timely communication
• Secure venue permissions, permits, and approvals as required
• Ensure vendor access, setup times, and site readiness
• Maintain a safe working environment for staff and vendors

Delays or issues caused by client or third-party vendors may affect service outcomes.

6. Event Day Limitations

We are not responsible for:

• Vendor no-shows, delays, or performance
• Weather conditions or acts of God
• Venue restrictions or last-minute changes
• Guest behavior, damages, or personal belongings

We act as a coordinator and planner, not a guarantor of third-party services.

7. Rentals & Décor Items

• Rental items remain the property of Johana Dilus Signature Events.
• Clients are responsible for loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear.
• Replacement or repair costs will be charged if necessary.
• Rentals must be returned in the same condition received.

8. Digital Products & Virtual Services

All digital products, guides, templates, and virtual planning resources are:

• Final sale
• Non-refundable
• For personal use only
• Not to be resold, shared, or reproduced

Unauthorized distribution is prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, templates, and designs, is owned by Johana Dilus Signature Events and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.

10. Photography & Marketing

We reserve the right to use non-identifying photos and videos of events for marketing and portfolio purposes unless the client submits a written opt-out request prior to the event.

11. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Johana Dilus Signature Events is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.

12. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Johana Dilus Signature Events from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the event, guest actions, or third-party vendors.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
